Welcome to the web site of our local AI Group. We are a small group of people committed to helping Amnesty to campaign against Human Rights violations around the world.

Members from all walks of life from the Bromley area  meet monthly, in Orpington to discuss campaigns and how we can help - writing letters and giving people information about the current issues, getting publicity and hopefully encouraging others to join us in this work.

Amnesty is an entirely non-party political organisation that helps and supports  individuals by  peaceful activities, in line with  Nationally agreed policies.

Meetings/ Events 2010

Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month at The Wesley Room, Orpington Methodist Church, Sevenoaks Road, Orpington BR6 9JH commencing at 7.30pm. The venue is 10 minutes walk from Orpington Stn. and close to Orpington War Memorial. Lifts can sometimes be arranged if advance notice is given.
